Cardinal Bootcamp is designed by our Athletic Trainer, Ms. Myers, to help our students prepare for the upcoming athletic season through generalized conditioning. Participants should expect to engage each day in proper warm-up and stretching techniques, mobility drills, conditioning drills, and discussions about injury prevention, nutrition, and hydration.
Who can attend: All incoming 9-12 grade PFPS students

Location: Pope Francis Turf Field
How to Prepare: Arrive on time with appropriate athletic attire, including sneakers. Make sure you eat and hydrate appropriately beforehand. Don’t forget to bring a great attitude and a snack if you need one!
Registration Information: Students must register below by Friday, August 13. Students attending the bootcamp need to be registered on Sportsware Online and have completed the required forms for the 2021-2022 school year. The link for directions to register on Sportsware Online can be found here.
