The Pathways Career Exploration Program provides students with a unique opportunity to discover and engage with a wide variety of career fields through meaningful, real-world experiences. This program is designed to help students explore their interests, build professional connections, and gain a clearer understanding of future career options.
Students will have multiple ways to interact with professionals across industries, including:

Networking Opportunities: Connect directly with professionals to learn about their career journeys and gain valuable insights.

Job Shadowing: Observe professionals in action to experience day-to-day responsibilities in different careers.

Field Trips: Visit workplaces and organizations to see careers in real-world settings.

Interactive Events: Participate in both small group discussions and large-scale events that foster engagement, learning, and discovery.
Through these experiences, students are encouraged to ask questions, explore new possibilities, and develop a stronger sense of direction for their future. The program emphasizes hands-on exposure, relationship-building, and personal growth in a supportive environment.
Students are eligible to apply for the program in their sophomore and junior years and must meet academic standards as well as fulfill the required commitments of participation to remain in good standing.
